Hi! My name is Charlotte, and I’ve been drawn to art and creativity for as long as I can remember. From playing instruments to painting to cooking, I’ve always had some kind of creative project in motion — and I’m happiest when I’m making something.

Over the years, I’ve played several instruments, but I’ve always been especially drawn to the harp. Every time I heard it, I found it beautiful and peaceful and wished I could play it myself. When a friend introduced me to her harp teacher, I finally had the opportunity to begin learning. I quickly started studying wedding repertoire and have now been playing for five years. I love how live harp music adds a soft, meaningful atmosphere to celebrations.

I’ve also been creating cakes for special occasions for the past four years. I enjoy the process of watching a cake come together — from experimenting with flavors to refining the design. At one point, I made cakes every weekend for six months (which still surprises me!). That experience gave me the chance to learn what truly works and discover the flavors and styles I love most.

When I’m not playing harp or baking, I’m the oldest of nine siblings and love spending time with family or taking long walks with friends. Living in Maryland, one of my favorite parts of weddings is getting to visit beautiful venues and helping create meaningful moments in such special spaces.
